Who we are

VERSTAT Power (power.verstat.dev) is operated by a private entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the configurator or buy the LiFePO4 build guide, and how we use it.

What we collect

Your email address. When you buy the guide, we receive the email address you enter at checkout so we can deliver your download link. We do not ask for your email anywhere else on the site.

Order and transaction data. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles your card details, billing address and transaction history directly, we never see or store your payment information. Optional analytics. If enabled, the site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the configurator is used. This tracking is anonymous, it is not linked to your email or order and does not build a profile of you across other sites. Analytics can be disabled at any time.

Configurator inputs stay in your browser. Everything you enter in the configurator, appliance choices, wattage, hours of autonomy, is calculated entirely client side, in your own browser. None of it is sent to our servers or stored anywhere. The "copy share link" feature encodes your inputs into the URL itself, not on our end.

What we do not do

We do not create user accounts. We do not maintain a marketing mailing list, and we do not send promotional emails. Your email is used once, to deliver your purchase, and is not added to any list.

Data retention

Order and transaction records are kept as long as required by Ukrainian accounting and tax law. We do not keep this data longer than that legal obligation requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it (such as accounting records). To make a request, or if you have any question about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will change whenever we do.
